Return Policy
Returns/exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Tags must be attached for a return/exchange to be valid. For customer support, contact us at contact@ferne.la with any questions or concerns.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Free express shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Shipping is currently only available in the United States.
